How can we become friends again???

A female United States age 30-35, anonymous writes:

I like this guy. We went out at the beginning of the school year but he broke up with me after two weeks. We hadn't know each other that long. No more than a month. But when we meet it just clicked. He was the best friend I ever had. I thought I would never get over him but after about 2 months I was pretty much over him.

We went on a leader ship training together. There were 5 kids from my grade and they were all boys except for me. We talked a little bit and it felt like old times. It was just natural(Plus we had to play a team game and I held his hand!) and I realized how much I missed him. Can we become friends again?

Are you not friends already? Talking to each other and hanging out is the basis of a friendship.
