writes:My ex bf and I broke up about a month ago. We just recently started talking again, and now i feel so sad.We havent actually talked face to face, weve been passing notes. Well in one of those notes he told me that he still loved me and probably always would. I know i still love him but hes got a gf and I know we wont get back together either.Well I havent actually cried over this break up and now i feel like bawling. But why? we are friends but i feel so sad when i'm near him. Are my feelings for him interfering with our friendship? How can I get over Him?

Its because he told you how he feels that your finding it hard to move on. His moved on and you know he wont be with you again, so please dont let him make you feel this way, its called mind games!! He likes the idea of your ( perfect relationship) butid it was he would still be with you! move on and find the man who will fullfill your life.

The only way to get over a boy is to cut contact with him , Don't talk to him for long periods of time (Keep it short)!! In order for the two of you to be friends you need to get over him , so for now stay far away from him and keep yourself busy with other things until you know you are 120% over him !!
