When we have sex it's hard for him to get any penetration because we can't seem to find a position that works. Sex with him isn't really dissatisfying, it's just difficult, really difficult. He's working to lose weight to be healthier and because he's uncomfortable with himself. We just need some suggestions on how to make making love better for us.

Is it just his size that is the problem, or are you a larger person as well?
Have you tried different positions? Usually it's a matter of trying out new positions until you have a handful that are do-able, so you have enough to variate between. You could try to look into books that show pictures of sexual positions, for inspiration and the wast variety.

As for actual positions, doggy style is supposed to work well, or if you have a bed that is the right height, if you lie on the edge of the bed, with your bum on the edge, and he kneels/stands between your legs (depending on how high the bed is!) then that can work as he can lean back and penetrate... but it all depends on bed heights really, ive never been able to do that one cuz ive never had a bed that lined things up!
