writes:I am an 18 year old guy who has never kissed a girl. This really bothers me. I think I have fallen completely in love with my friend. The problem is she is best friends with another guy. Who I am also friends with. They are always together. As far as I know, they're just friends, but I'm afraid something is happening/will happen between them. I'm scared if telling her all this will be weird or creepy. I'd just give everything to be with her.I write poems about her and think about her all the time. And I'm always there for her. Am I just a hopeless romantic? What shoud I do?

I suspect this could be infatuation, particularly at your age. Either way you have to decided for yourself what to do. Understanding the possible outcomes may help. If you're true to yourself and tell her then you at least got it out of the bag and everyone knows where they stand. If you don't tell her you might regret it. How badly do you want this girl? How much are you willing to risk? Is the friendship worth risking or would you willing sacrifice the friendship in the hope of gaining her affections?
