 just read your follow up. How hurtful that she cannot/will not wait for you to complete your studies. Will you complete your studies in your country or in another country? If the latter, i can partly understand that you would be separated by distance. Maybe as she gets a little older that waiting for someone you love happens all over the world. But you should not put your life on hold and abandon a wish to complete your studies to appease your girl friend. She may even change her mind several times about what she wants. If you show patience and tell her you will wait for her, while you finish your studies, then even she may come to realise how much you love her. But do complete your studies as that is important and will allow you to do good in the world.
Patience and the ability to cope with delayed gratification is the mark of an adult mind. Immature people and children can have difficulty with coping with delayed gratification.
Complete your studies and when you have finished your studies it is she who is likely to be crying asking you to take her back.

Is she trying to tell you the breakup is because either she is sick and needs to take medicine? Or because she thinks you need to take medicine? Each version i deciphered below may be wrong. Which translation is closest to what you meant? Thank you.
