writes: heyi have a small problem and i'll try to be quick when telling you about it. i have have alot of suppressed emotions. stuff i refuse to let out because there's never an appropriate time. but i'm getting to the point where these emotions are bubbling away, waiting to erupt. the last time it did i broke a girls arm because she was bugging me.i don't want to hurt anyone, and now that i have a job with small children the need to remain calm is now more important than ever.does anyone have any ideas on how i can vent my emotions and feelings without involving anyone? my boss is very friendly and we are in fact good friends, but it's not right to involve him in my troubles.. and my parents don't listen enough to have a clue what i'm on about, but they listen just enough to get the wrong end of the stick and they think i'm blaming them for my problems..i really hope someone can offer some help as to what to do. anon xx

try writing a letter or writing in word (on the computor) this releases alot of stress. It may not seen like it would but you will be surprised and even more surprised how you feel a month from now when you read it. It worked well in the past for me-The only other solution is a preist (free) or counsler (cost).
