 Just so you know, I have been in the same situation.
So first off, your number should of been kep to your self but I'm sorry to say your friends are not truly good friends. If I were you I would just tell them to shut the h**l up.. Your past is gone now and its what makes you who you are today. If you like your self the way you are then screw them.. Besides all the girls I know have went through this, I like to call whore fase when they were young. You learned from your mistakes right? No one goes through life the same way and they should know that. Sooo anywais, tell them how you feel. Ask them why they feel the need to always make you look bad by bringing up the past.
I feel bad you have such friends. You should probably be looking for new ones..

 Well it sounds like they are not good friends if they are preventing you from moving on.
A lot of girls and boys go a bit crazy when they are younger where sexual partners are concerned youre not alone in that.
Maybe if you meet a new boyfriend dont tell your friends anything, see him in secret, build up a relationship and tell your boyfriend yourself about your past before your so called friends get the chance.
It may also be a good idea if you go and get tested for HIV / STDs before starting a new sexual relationship. You can get this done for free on the NHS at most hospitals, but dont go to your GP for tests as it will effect your future if you ever want life insurance as it gets recorded on your medical notes. The NHS sexual health clinic is anonymous and it's just a blood test and urine and results typically take 10 days.
