 Dear Reader,
as you said yourself you like her, she like you if she bothers to txt you and things like that so tell her how you feel. Not over the internet, not by text or phone or even over the tv. Tell her face to face that you really like her etc etc etc. Ask her out! She sounds lovely and you do too. If she says no then it's her loss, not yours. Be yourself and I'm sure things will work out, you have nothing to loose.
