How can I tell if my cousin is attracted to me, and what should I do about it?

My cousin and I have know each other since we where kids. We are both 7 years apart, I'm first born and she is the youngest in the family. Growing up as kids we did not hang out around each other that much until our late teens, and after that we became like good friends. Her and I pretty much saw eye to eye on most things, at family gatherings we pretty much stayed close to each just like friend do. After I got out of highschool and into the real world I lost touch with her off and on, the only time I got visit her or seen her is if we where at family gatherings or if I happened to be in town. Thats when I started to notice somethings she was doing when ever I was around. I always considered her as my good friend and nothing more. Yes there was a few times I had thoughts on what it would be like to kiss her or nude, but that passed a long long time ago. Some of the things she started to do when I'm around her is touching me on my back and leaving her hand there, hugging me alot, and I catch her looking at me alot like she wants to do something to me. One time 2 years ago one of my other cousins had a wedding, at the time I had an uncle that was living with that attended along with the rest of my family but I could not go because I was out on the road working. My uncle came home from the wedding that night to tell me something that I would never tought she would say. My uncle was a bit of a pervert and was talking to her about which one of her cousins would she like to have sex with. She told him it was me. When he told me that I was shocked, but my uncle told me not to worry about that she had been doing some drinking at the wedding. After said and done I ignored it and moved on. Now 2 years later she is married and I have a wonderful girlfriend whom I'm in love with, but she still ask alot about me from what I hear. I have not seen her for 7 months and I still get this feeling that she wants me. My question is how can I be sure that my cousin is attracted to me and wants me, and what to do about it. All these years I tought it was just an infatuation because of being good friends but now I'm starting to wonder, and the thing about her liking to have sex with me, I just let go because my uncle said she was drunk when she said it. I love my cousin as a friend and family member and nothing more, but right now I'm not sure about things with her, and I'm affraid to get close to her now.
