Because of your religion, this makes the issue more difficult.
So, let me ask you this.
How would you treat a family member that is doing something that YOU find a sin, but that person feels is justifiable?
Next,
How would you want them to approach you about it, and what would need to hear that person tell you?
That will give you a start of what and how to tell your brother.
On a side note, you have to come to terms that whenever you are choosing to be different from your environment, you will not always have the support from the environment that you would want. If you are going to be different, you must accept that you will have to make sacrifices. Your relationship with your brother may be such a sacrifice.
