I too, hate photos. I always tell my girlfriend to take photos of me randomly, so I don't have to pose. Maybe you two should go to a processional, explain that he doesn't like photos and won't pose and to just take the photos randomly.

 Well maybe you could have a friend take a picture of the two of you without him noticing. If he was just looking at you or something.. Un-posed pictures are the best.
