Dear Mr.
First step i would advice you to introduce yourself e.g your name, where you live)try to keep your confidence ad don't get too nervous. Secondly try make friends with her and as you grow closer to her you will find it easier to tell her how you feel. Good Luck

good advice from the aunts-just go for it-start with small talk and take it from there-maybe the third or fourth time, if you feel it's going ok, ask her out for coffee or something -not a full blown 'date' - that approach worked for me at least!

you cant just walk upto her and ask her out,
thats scary!
just get talking to her one day,
and then once u get comfortable as friendship basis,
then ask her out...
remmeber good things take time!
