 Search the web, there's so much advice out there. She may be feeling the same way as you. I can pretty much assure you that if you make her feel special, sexy and womanly then that will spice things up. Take her away somewhere, a change of scene will often do the trick. If this is out of your budget then do something special for her such as cooking a favourite meal (indoor picnic by candlelight is pretty nice!) you know your wife better than anyone so tailor it to what she likes and take your time. don't make the mistake of thinking it absolutly has to lead to sex or she won't feel sexy at all!
Also why don't you try asking her if she has any secret fantasies she's always wanted to act out or anything sexual she's always wanted to try? communication is key :)
