 Talk to her and if she talks back, ask her out, then, if she accepts, good for you, if she rejects, don't bother if people make fun of you, anyways, they usually don't, and keep your head held high :) reply if you want to, love just-ask-xx

 hey,i've got the same problem with you!!=)what do you mean"she is annoying you"??the only thing you can do is talk to her!maybe you're too shy but you gonna wait for the rest of your life to make a move?ok,you don't wanna ask her out,but if she is in your class,you could at least say "hi" when you see her,and see how she responds!maybe she likes you,too but you'll never know if you just sit there and wait!after all,you will go through these things lot's of times in your life,so go ahead!!!
