reader, anonymous, writes (1 February 2010): Well, the first time i retracted my foreskin, it was in the shower, with pretty much warm water. I suggest you do it, because you more than likely have at least 5 years worth of smegma under there, and thats extremely unhygienic.
I suggest getting it really oily with baby oil, or with moisturizer, if you dont feel like getting it done with in the shower.
And dont do it quick. it takes time and patience.
