It's really embarrassing at school when we do dancing or I'm shaking hands, or I'm making hand interaction - and I don't want a boyfriend because I would be embarrassed of my hands getting sweaty. I researched a little about this and found out its called hyperhidrious, and I'm always paranoid about my hands. There isn't a day I don't think about my hands becoming sweaty. Please help me-should I see a doctor or how can I prevent my hands from sweating? Reply to this Question Share |

I used to have sweaty hands too, along with sweaty armpits. There is a lot of stuff you can try, like changing your diet and taking some natural herbal remedies which are actually very effective. I used a very good sweat prevention guide to help me end my problem. Just Google "Sweat Free Formula" or go directly to the site at www.sweatfreeformula.com.
But honestly if a guy is not going to like you because of your sweaty hands, he's not worth it anyway, so don't sweat it ;)

If you live in the UK, it is available on the NHS. Just pop along to your doctors and tell them that your hands are over sweaty and that you have looked into it and think it could be Hyperhidrious.
He should be able to refer you to your local hospital for a treatment, I cant remember what it is called but you submerse your hand into a watery solution and they pass a mild current though it and after a short time the treatment is over, and Its painless really. I think the tratment lasts about a week and then you just do it again.
If you live in the states speak to your doctor to see if this is available at your nearest hospital.
Ok good luck.

This can be caused by many things, usually heat (obviously) nerves or stress.
The best thing to do is not to worry about it, it is actually quite normal.

Well, take this from a young guy...I would really find it attractive , I wouldn't have no problems whatsoever with your hands beeing sweaty . So don't worry your pretty little self to much about it. I can't see how that can be a turn-off for a guy . I really don't ! !
