I was just wondering, for later refrenses, if there's anything you can do to stop a heavy flow. I don't mean pills. I mean like if you should drink lots of fluid or something. I eat healthy and only have junk food occasinley.

First off, if it's unusually heavy, you should probably talk to a doctor, sometimes that can be a sign of something bigger going on. I don't know how to make your period lighter, I've had heavy periods my whole life and just dealt with them. Make sure you're getting plenty of iron so you don't get anemic and make sure you are drinking plenty of water, whether or not it reduces your flow or not!
