 I feel that pain. Oral sex can be totally ticklish. I find it's better if you're just a litte firmer with your actions. The lighter you work things, the more ticklish it gets. If you're firm and pretty solid, it doesn't tickle as bad.
Also, the inside of the thighs, especially right up in the groin area are soooo ticklish!! AHHH!
