writes: I am 25, nearly 26 years old and still a virgin. I have also never had a girlfriend. When i was younger, i was extremely shy of women and of people generally but i have always managed to hide my shyness by coming across as aloof or arrogant. At 19, i realised that i would never have fulfilling relationships if i didn't overcome my shyness and i would say by now it is no longer a problem for me to approach and talk to women. Since about the age of 20, i often picked up a nice girl in bars and clubs and i have kissed a lot of women and taken a few home. However, i have always stopped short of having full on sex because the whole idea of sleeping with total strangers puts me off. Now, i have three major problems. Because i am getting older, my friends are settling down and my social circle is shrinking to a few good friends, most who are married so i don't often meet new women. Second, if i do go out on a date, which is maybe 3 or 4 times a year, i can never get a second date if i like the woman and if i don't like her, she is usually all clingy and never stops phoning until i have to be blunt and tell her to leave me alone. The nice girls see a red flag as soon as they find out i have never had a girlfriend. I am an intelligent, good looking 25 year old attorney. How do i meet marriage material single women and will my lack of experience and virginity make it difficult to get the quality that i am looking for?
