If you go into Ann Summers there might be some numbing creams.

Medicines and creams are, in my opinion, a bad idea. I seriously doubt there are any highly credible products that would serve this purpose. If you choose one that's less than 100% reliable you risk losing sensation in your genitals and/or your libido may start to decrease.

If you're looking for a technique you can use at the drop of a hat, exercise your PC muscle as I said before. Or have your wife squeeze the base of your penis, as Emivia suggested.

Barring that, when you're about to come, you could just try tightening your stomach and thinking of the dentist. :-)

blue_sky agony auntHave anyone of you tried other solution like oil, cream or medicine, which of course will give better results.

am little bit not satisfied about "You can masturbate before hand... Say an hour or so...." it may work for few times but when it come to someone like me who was married to the same woman for 11y am not sure it will work, of course am not having sex everyday but still i cannot plan for it, What i mean is, i cannot plane to have sex after one hour or tomorrow, this is depend on the mode of both of us and when the moment come you cannot say ok wait till i have to finish my hand job then......

But if there is something to use immediately on the same spot and will work for you, this is the magic..

i hope i can find something really works good and someone has already tried it

In response to Emivia:

Very, very true. I should have mentioned the masturbating beforehand trick, as well. That always works very well for me, though I often find I have to give myself sometime between that and the actual sex to get ready again. Otherwise, you might not be able to get hard enough at first to really "work your magic".

You could try the squeezing technique... Or the stop and start.

The squeezing technique: When you feel as though you're about to climax, get your wife to squeeze the base of your penis... This can help prevent you from coming.

Some people do this with a pair of tights.

Stop and start: If you feel as though you are about to cum then pull out and use your fingers to please your wife until you have cooled down a little... Then go for penetration again.

OR

You can masterbate before hand... Say an hour or so... You will not be as honey, but you're body will take longer to climax. This one depends on how your body works... But I've found it works with my boyfriend. It's worth a shot.

Good luck. x

A male reader, Marco262 United States +, writes (27 June 2008):

There are a number of things you can do, but there are two things I can recommend the most:

1) Strengthen your pubococcygeus (PC) muscle. This is the muscle that cuts off flow of both urine and semen travelling through your urethra. The exercises you need to do are simple, easy, and can be done while driving to work. I could detail how to find/exercise/etc. your PC muscle here, but it's long and involved, and there are plenty of guides out on the internet already. Type 'strengthen PC muscle' into Google and start surfing. One of the first pages I've found has a good amount of info: http://www.biggerloads.com/penis-size/pc-muscle.html

2) Wear a condom. I know, you're married and it's great to have the chance to really experience sex...but one of the easiest solutions to increasing your stamina in the bedroom is to decrease stimulation, and what better way to do that than a layer of latex over your penis?

I'm assuming, of course, that your only problem is that you cum earlier than you'd like to, and that you don't have problems with running out of breath in bed, or that your muscles start to get sore. If this is the case, I'd suggest taking up exercise to increase your overall health. Not only will a healthier cardiovascular system lead to better stamina during sex, but you'll feel better in everything else you do as well.
