The cheapest way to get your teeth pearly white is to use "arm and hammer" baking soda. Does wonders, if you read the ingredients in whitening toothpaste the majority of them have baking soda as an ingredient. Trust me....I have pearly whites...

 I would say, start at the dentist. They can clean your teeth and get them whiter and you can maintain white teeth by brusing twice a day and occasionally using the whitining strips. If you smoke or drink coffee/soda I would clean them more often.

 the obvious. Brrush often. Drink less fizz, try apples.Or if your in need bad talk to your dentist about whitening products you can buy at boots etc.

 I personally think the crest white strips work great. But I will say, if you use them too much or if you have sensitive teeth, it will feel like an electric shock shooting through your teeth. It's a horrible pain but I think it only happens if you over use them. Also, try not to drink any liquid that is dark. Dr. Pepper, coffee, Pepsi , etc. Milk and Water have worked great for me.
