Well if she is a mother who is fine that her underage school girl is having sex then probably nothing will shock her. She already is fine with the fact you are easy with boys.
If you have to tell her about the fact that you enjoy sticking things in yourself then do it.
The fact that she's not bothered about you risking disease and pregnancy says to me that she probably won't care / want to know.
