I also suffer from depression and get panic attacks sometimes, and don't have much motivation to look for a job or to do social activities. How can i make my life better?. same here luv! i suppose all we can do is NOT GIVE UP, although giving up trying seems like the easiest thing to do. make yourself accept invitations, make yourself take exercise and eat healthily coz this will make your mind feel better, tell friends and family how you feel, take things more slowly next time you meet a man, be cautious until you know (as much as possible) that you can trust him.
best wishes, i am going through exactly the same feelings at the moment

Invest in yourself is the only way to better yourself
First start by doing something for yourself just to prove to yourself that you are worth it.
Might I suggest putting together a little money and getting a massage - particularly hot stone or something with aroma therapy. It doesn't cure depression or panic attacks but you are treating yourself to something nice in a professional environment. Also massage helps kick in your parasympathetic nervous system which is responsible for you relaxing.
The next thing is pick something you may be interested in or know nothing about and get into it. Some new sport, hobby, cooking dish, it doesn't matter because you are taking steps to better yourself.
