reader, anonymous, writes (1 September 2008): From looking at pictures on the internet, it is apparent that women with larger breasts most often have flat nipples, while women with smaller breasts have perky nipples. The one woman who I dated with large breasts also had flat nipples. My wife has smaller breasts and her's are almost always perky and hard, even when she is dressed unless it is very hot. Not always the case, but this is the trend. However, don't worry about it. It doesn't matter to anyone else but you. Nobody else cares. Guys won't like you any less because of it. You have some admirable assets. Be happy with that.

They are supposed to be all flat and soft.
They only get hard and pointy when you are turned on or cold. If you are looking at photos of girls with their boobs out then of course they are going to have hard nipples - both because they are in a cold studio and also because they are supposed to look all turned on and available so filthy old men can imagine they want to have sex with them.
If your nipples were all hard all the time then they would rub against your bra and get sore.
Enjoy the fact you have nice boobs and stop focusing in on little things.

Are they just 'flat nipples' or inverted ones? In any case, I don't think you can do a lot. But either case is normal, frequent and is accepted amongst lots of people.
