The issue I have is that the size of my breasts makes me look really top heavy and fat! A while ago due to some medication I became ill and lost loads of weight but my boobs still stayed the same they didn't shrink!! Also whenever I exercise or lose weight my boobs never shrink. I could never have a breast reduction so is there any other option for smaller breasts??Thanksx

I have recently started running and am eating eggs, grits, yogurt, and drinking plenty of water. But im worried because my mother had to have a breast reduction because her boobs were naturally big and I think it might be genectic, because of the surgery and a tummytuck she lost 100lbs. but she gained but 60lbs. she has recently lost half of it and is losing more she looks great. My older sister is 17 and she is tan, slim, and has small boobs,im a little jealous. My other sister is 22 and is shaped kinda like me. My height is a few inches over 5 ft. and I weigh 106lbs. I have stretchmarks on my boobs, butt, and thighs. The worst part is that I have eating healthy for a few days now and my mom just bought 12 DOUBLE CHOCOLATE MUFFINS!!!!!!!!

Anything that drops your level of body fat will eventually reduce your breast size as quite a bit of your breast tissue is fat. You might also try some light weight-lifting exercises to tone up your pectoral muscles, which are situated beneath your breasts. This may not cause you to lose weight directly in your breasts, but will probably help firm them up.
You can also dress to minimize your breast size, as others have stated. Avoid really low-cut tops that will draw attention to the size and depth of your cleavage. And don't worry too much--with naturally large breasts, you have a figure that many women would die for and pay thousands and thousands of dollars to obtain!
