I'm 13 and my boobs aren't very small they are actually not bad and my bf everything was gud he is one year older and a lot of girls like him but he always loved me cause he knows me well and we were together 8 months but now this high school girl who is so hot is hitting on him and he doesnt like her (well thats wat he says). Once when he was mad at me for being just with my friends who were boys and they were carrying me he saw the pix and he said that if I don't stop cheating on him he will be with that girl so I just got very very mad at him and I was like wtf cheating? You going away from so I told him go on of course he didn't he just said sorry but in my head I still had it that he might go to another girl who has twice as big boobs as me, she is blonde, fashionable, cool, glamorous, rich and compared to her I feel like nothing. The day before the holidays she asked my bf to touch her boobs, he said no but there were a lot of other volunteers and I've got no idea what that girl has against me, it's like she's trying to get every boy who likes me away from me, when ever someone comes up to me she has to be there to take them away and it's like she is trying to prove me that I'm nothing and she is everything (which so isn't true) everyone thinks that she is a bitch and that she tries too much to earn attention but she still is hotplz plz plz tell me how can I make my boobs bigger? I just really don't wanna be the stypid and the ugly one.

Ok, I agree that you don't need bigger boobs and that she may LOOK like she has everything but honestly, she sounds like a slut. So no worries there...
What does worry me is that your boyfriend asumed that you were cheating just because you were hanging out with your friends. That's not right. Why is he so jealous?

You can wear a padded bra but that will give you the wrong attention. Trust me I know. I have big breasts and in high school guys only wanted one thing and that was sex. The guys that care about the size of your breasts aren't going to love you and they aren't going to be your friends. They will use you for sex and when you stop having sex with them they will find someone else. Just becuase this girl is pretty doesn't mean your boyfriend likes her. She sounds skanky and she probably has sex with a lot of boys in school. The way your boyfriend talks it sounds like he would rather be with someone he cares about rather then have sex with someone that he doesn't care about.

Yes, a padded bra would make them seem bigger, but it isnt neccessay. I went all through middle school without the slightest hint of a chest. Then over the summer before high school, they grew and they are continuing to grow just at their own pace. You never know when they will grow. You just have to be patient.
This girl sounds like a whore, to put it bluntly. I'd ignore her if I were you. It sounds like you and your boyfriend have it good and I think if you started anything with her it could ruin it somehow, you never know.
And boys are very jealous of girls sometimes. Even talking to a boy will set them off. Why don't you just assure him that you love/like him only?

you are only 13. you are still growing. don't panic! your boobs will develope and get bigger. they will still develope untill you are in your late teens and possibly early 20's. you are at the start of puberty, things dont happen over night. you just have to wait.

To be honest you don't need to make your boobs any bigger! If this guy really likes you then he will love you for who you are & whatever you look like. I'm around your age & my boobs aren't that big & I thought that any boy would laugh at them if they saw them but my boyfriend totally loves em! & I was totally shocked! Haha.
And that girl just sounds like a complete COW. Could put it worse but I don't wanna be rude!
Think about it, do you really need people like that in your life?
