 My favorite position when giving my bf oral is almost a 69 position. It's half way. I'm not up in his face, I'm off to the side, the visual stimulation helps him and he can also pleasure me a little while I pleasure him. I personally don't like recieving oral, so he just touches, rubs, etc.
He isn't very vocal, so I don't know what he is enjoying and what he doens't like, so be sure to let her know what you like and what you don't. Encourage her.

3. Wash every square miniscule part of you before oral so it's all sqeaky clean
4. Don't expect oral when you are drink, sweaty or unwashed or garlic laden
5. Show your verbal appreciation
6. All positions are good, be it stand up, you sitting, her resting arms of your thighs, or one of the many other variations
7. Some girls really do not like oral, sadly.
