Drink lots of water, apparently it flushes out the bacterial smell.

If you are worried then go along to your doctors, have a word with them (don't be scared they are used to it) and they will make sure that you haven't got any infection. If you have then it is best checked out now before it gets worse. They will give you something that will get it smelling better and clear up anything that is wrong. Basically we all smell, so don't get hung up about it.
Take care

You should probably taste a little sweet and almost salty at the same time. It shouldn't have a distinguished smell (it won't smell like lemons or hygrangeas or cherry pie--dang it!--), but sometimes you can tell almost like an instinct what it should smell or taste like.

Hey! A lot of women, (like 98% percent, even if they don't admit some odor of an unpleasant kind), experience this. Change your soap if you smell fishy or if you have cheesy discharge. Also, if you have clumpy discarge from your vagina, and around your inner-labia, you probably have a yeast infection, which makes a girl of any age, race, or body-type smell cheesy/fishy/yucky. Don't use deuches, creams, sprays, powders...A bar of organic/natural/hypo-allergenic soap will do. Make sure it's weak, not anti-bacterial, and NOT something like Dove, Zest, or any deodorant soaps. This will throw off the PH balance in your vagina and its surrounding areas. In addition, when wiping after using the bathroom, reach around back near your booty to wipe from where the clitoral hood is all the way back, and make sure you do a super-good job! If you have discharge that is greenish-brown or consistant discharge that smells badly, see your doctor because you could have a yeast infection (if you've had one before, just go get a treatment from the store), or even a mild to deadly STD. It's best to get tests done on yourself and your partner anyway, to make sure you don't swap sickness. :) Hope this helps! Enjoy life! -Carrie

reader, anonymous, writes (15 January 2007): Look, it will ALWAYS smell like something. I went down on this girl and every time, after soap and water, she still tasted like halibut fish congee. It wasn't very pleasant, but I was horny and that all that mattered was that she got pleasured. Sure, it also looked scary, but that's how it looks. You can't do anything about it. Obviously, if you really have a problem with it, don't do it. Otherwise, over time, this shouldn't even be a matter in perspective anymore. Seriously, I just realized you're 14? Oh well...

I'll let the ladies in the house answer this one. I might have put some scary ideas in your head with my "tuna processing plant" answer from before. LOL.
Relax and enjoy. . . .
