SMILE... you use loads of muscles in your face from just smiling! Also, if you were looking for immediate results, try using a darker shade of blusher along your jawline... it will define it more!
As suggested before, general exercise will not only help you loose weight off your face but will improve your well being.xxx

reader, anonymous, writes (27 February 2007): Skipping is a very effective way to get your face trim. Start by doing 3 minutes skip then 1 rest repeat this around 3 times. Twice a week should be sufficient. You should see results after a couple of week.

By doing general excercise like running, swimming, aerobics ect will all help you lose weight from your face.
However there are some face excercises that i know of. One of which is to tilt your head back and try to move your bottom lip as far up your face as you can, as if trying to touch your nose with it. This really stretches around the jaw line. I normally do three sets of 50 reps.
I normaly do these in the shower at the gym because you look silly doing this movement in front of people.
Do this for a couple of months and you will see a big improvement, i did.
