How can I lose weight easily and quickly?

Hey. I am a 16 year old girl. I am overweight and would like to lose weight. But it's hard. And I'm in the hostel, my home is about 80km from my scool. Any one have advice on this? How can I lose weight easy. I'm shy to do sport and stuff. I use to love ht. Now you're wondering why I put on so much weight? I don't know, I just eat and eat and eat and couldnt stop. And no one likes me at the hostel. Coz I'm eatin I guess. That's all I can think of. I'm not mean or anything. I'm just shy ,coz I'm fat. I never was shy. Only now. I really miss doing things that normal gals do. And I want to wear sexy clothes. I don't want to lose my boyfriend coz I'm fat. I'm seeing him again in September. And I want to be at least 20kg lighter. Plz help me?

hi there, i joined weightwatchers (slimming group in the uk) in april and ive lost a stone, try that if youre not happy with that try writing down what youre eating i mean everything! then start swapping things like crisps and chocolate with fruit, or if your a chocoholic like me get low calorie bars. i hate exercise, so i dont push myself to go down the gym, i lost my stone by starting to eat properly imagine how much i could have lost if id have got off my butt!! try exercising by getting off the bus one stop earlier and walking or make a point of using stairs instead of lifts...hopefully you get my drift

sorry to hear about your problem. I've lost 3 stone (42 lbs) over three months, there's not much easy about getting off those pounds. Try to reward yourself with better things than food, like a lovely bath with scented oil, nice smellies, eat a good breakfast which has not been near a frying pan, eat your 5 a day fruit, plenty of green and orange and red veg like lettuce, spinach and peppers and tomatoes, use light dressings not heavy mayo. keep clear of fatty meat, lean chicken, ham etc is best and if you like potatoe have boiled with some garlic and pepper and light dressing and fill with cottage cheese , chives or prawns, or baked beans. if you must have chocolate then buy it in tiny packs and only use it sparingly, put it away in a drawer under a lot of things, so that getting it your concious has a chance to stop you. don't ever think "Oh well, I've eaten too much so I might as well keep going" and when you do binge, then pick yourself up and start again. get a good book on super foods and learn about how food works for us. Pick up a good book instead of a snack. Step outside the hostel and go for a walk instead of a snack, keep smiling, and be nice but not cringingly pathetic all wanting to please. Keep your chin up, you can make it happen. best of luck.
