writes: Hey, about two years ago I gave up serious swimming, and I had grown up a good metabolism from that. However, last July, a new shop opened on my way back from school, and I've been buying chocolate from there at least twice a week for the past eight months. Only now has my body started to suffer, I've developed little love handles, and my hips have grown, and I've not got a bump of fat on my belly. It's 5 months till I go on holiday, do you think I can lose this weight if:I don't eat Chocolate at allI only have one portion at every mealNo snacksBanana Milkshake only for breakfast1 Hour of running/ cycling/ skipping every day30 minutes of sit- ups/ squats/ etc.

I don't really want to tell you to starve yourself, but this is how it is : weight loss is based all around calories, if you burn more calories then you take in, you will lose weight rapidly. I only eat dinner, which is 200 calories, so i exercise away 300 calories and lose a pound from doing that. So, I'm not telling you to starve yourself, eat whatever you want, but make sure you exercise off what you eat. I'm not very good at exercising and I find it hard to burn more than 300 calories at a time, so I don't eat much. But hey, if you think you could do that, go for it.
Hope this helped babe x

Oh yeah, definitely possible! Just make sure as you're cutting down on your calorie intake, you still have a balanced diet, but good effort I say.

Eat only salads and fruit and veg with a bit of meat. Drink loads of water. I did one days detox per week, on a weekend, just juices over all my veg and fruit. It did taste disgusting at first by i got used to it once i saw the fat falling off and my shape trimming up. But keep at it, there are days when you want to binge on comfort food. My comfort food was good old egg and chips, loads of them! I cut all that out and lost 3st! If i can do it anyone can. Take care and let me know how you get on.
