Bellyfat.. yep, got that.. mine is due to cola.. yoga is good for everything.. crunches are best, sit on floor and lie back then lift yourself up again.
I suggest you go book an appointment at the gymn.. it's hard to work belly muscles, if your not careful you can actually push them out and look fatter..
Swimming, swimming like yoga takes care of everything.
