You want to have sex with who? It's not very clear in your question whether you want to have sex with your girlfriend or someone else.
In my own personal opinion you better buy some condoms and have sex. Don't forget that if you do it with someone else, you are cheating on your girlfriend.

 Decide what you want and do it. If you want to wait till marriage, then wait till marriage. If you don't, then don't. It's YOUR choice.
Living without sex isn't that hard. You've made it 21 years already. I know your hormones make it more difficult at that age, but you can always focus that energy into something productive like studying or work.
