You say lived in the US for 3 years is there not anyway you can go back to living a life there?
Or prehaps try another country you like if your not suited to the place you are in now?
I understand it can be difficult but try and keep your hopes up and apply for jobs elsewhere.
You can try the government sites of your choice to see what documentation you may need to get out of the hardships you are facing.
