I am in a relationship with an older man, we met online. I am now living with him and most of the time I love being here. I have a few health issues’s as dose he but we both knew about them long before we met in person. Sometimes I can be very quiet and he takes that as me being grumpy at him and then he won’t talk to me for a day or so and talks about me going back to my country and family which I don’t want to do. I love him, I love being close to him especially after just talking online for more than a year. I’m scared of him sending me home. I know sometimes I have a short temper, how can I change this and be more pleasant to be around?

Why don't you tell him why you become quiet sometimes? I think you two should talk to each other about your moods, thoughts, fantasies, as well as goals. As well as trying to get some reassurance from him, I suggest you try to reassure him as well. You two just got to talk - that's all.
