I have a few health issues’s as dose he but we both knew about them long before we met in person. Sometimes I can be very quiet and he takes that as me being grumpy at him and then he won’t talk to me for a day or so and talks about me going back to my country and family which I don’t want to do. I love him, I love being close to him especially after just talking online for more than a year. I’m scared of him sending me home. I know sometimes I have a short temper, how can I change this and be more pleasant to be around?

As well as trying to get some reassurance from him, I suggest you try to reassure him as well. You two just got to talk - that's all.
