reader, anonymous, writes (8 March 2007): listen pal, whatever you do do not use two condoms, they rub together and theres a bigger chance theyll break, theres a supposed technique that works, every time you masturbate, just when your about to blow, stop, grab the base of the penis and squeeze, hard. then start again, when your about to blow, do it again, keep on doing that attempting to last longer every time, until it just goes before you can grasp it. every time you masturbate do that and its a sure thing youll begin to last longer during sex.

If you stop right before for a little while and play around with her you while you "re-fuel" and start back up you will last longer. Also alcoholic beverages helps, because pre mature ejacultion is mental not physical and alcohol relaxes you more.

Have sex but keep stopping before you ejaculate. Take more time over fore play and give her pleasure and her you. Buy a book on sexual positions and have fun practising them and when you concentrate on having fun you should relax and find that sex can last as long as you allow it to. If you do ejacualate too quickly have a little rest and start all over again.

 theres a few tricks, one being 'blow your load' before hand, meaning, a hour (ish) or whatever before you think you will have sex, masterbate. Another is to think of something while having sex, like trying to name all the states of America (for example) something along those lines. Also wearing 2 condoms because it will de-sensatise you.
