A female reader, aunty meg Australia +, writes (23 July 2007):

Hi mate, my old man had the same problem. Not uncommon let me tell you, we have tried several different things from condoms that have some sort of numbing agent in them, to doing it several times a day [the latter not being very good because all that he wanted to do was sleep all day to recover]

Anyway we discovered a spray from Advanced Medical in australia that when you use it as per instructions [we didn't read them properly] it works very well, you guys have to work hard to blow which most females enjoy, best of luck mate, and don't forget the forplay most important!!! The longer the forplay the better the orgasam

A male reader, leonard j.Douglas Philippines +, writes (18 July 2007):

Welcome to the "Club Of Failed Erections" All men, now and then, have those premature ejaculations. It's pretty hard to put you finger on the cause most of the time. But you can be sure that a new gf would definitely be one cause of ED (Erection- Dysfunction). You, no doubt, have what could be called Performance-Anxiety, Which in your case is the newness of the relationship. Yet, I would wonder how soon is too soon, When you talk about coming too soon is it before insertion? right after insertion? or after you have been stroking the vagina for awhile? So in the light of all of the above, then and only then can you say that it's an Erection-Failure. Look back on your previous sexual togetherness,Did you keep your erection and maintain it for quite a while, even if now and then you had premature ejaculations, which are normal with all men. You might want to try to take you mind focus of your genitals, and put that focus upon your whole body, as a way to slow down your ejaculations, and keep from tripping your ejaculation reflex. If you can get your hands on my "SEX-BIBLE". ESO How You and Your Lover Can Give Each Other Hours of Extended Sexual Orgasm. By. Alan P. Brauer, MD, and Donna Brauer. Warner Books ISBN 0-446-51270-2 iT'S OUT OF PRINT, BUT YOU CAN BUY IT ON eBEY.

A male reader, kenny United Kingdom +, writes (17 July 2007):

kenny agony auntYou have a new girlfriend and no doubt you are extremely turned on by her sexually, hence the premature ejaculation. When you are in the middle of making love to her and you feel you are going to ejaculate to soon, withdraw and do some forplay on her for five minutes then have another go.

Another thing to do to last longer is think about something that takes you mind away from ejuculating like football, motor racing, or whatever. This turns the mind away from ejaculating to soon, so ultimately you last that bit longer.

Good luck
