I posted a similar question! Look put for him looking at you when he doesn't think he'll be seen doing so. Get chatting to him if you don't already speak much then check for eye contact and him being self conscious because he wants to impress you! Then maybe ask him what he's doing for lunch or after work just casually and see where it goes from there! Good luck!
