What can you do ,if you can't find the cause of your painful problems in life? How can you fix anything,if dont know why is it broken?

I have too many pain, and I dont seem to find a solution for any of them and not even the cause.

I;m doing my best, but it is not enough, not to change anything,or to find out where did it go wrong.I'm puzzled about my own life, and the series of bad fortunate events.

I have huge problems with every possible areas in life.

Kids, health, sex, financial, property. There is not one thing ,what is not attacked yet. Please help me, how can I keep my sanity, and go to the right direction? Thanks

Hi

You can keep your sanity by trying to let go of some problems. What is REAL your children and your love for them, What if you were unfortunate enough to be in a part of the world where people have lost everything and everyone they love? Finance / property they can come and go and mean nothing if disaster takes it away, LIKE IT HAS DONE around the world.

You have not stated what level of health problem you are suffering with...although every thing around you seems to be crumbling and you feel atacked, you the inner you, must stay strong and know that it is only love that is real. loose that and you loose it all or anthing of any real importance.

Right now we humans are in a world with no guarantee of peace so we must look inwards for peace, and if that means watching the bricks float down the river so be it, but you have to remain strong. Your fear of loss is affecting you and it is this fear that needs to go, let it go and who knows it may not be as bad as you think.

Life can be hard very hard for most of us, in different ways, but you must not crumble. keep love and amongst the dust you will find hope.

I wish you luck on your journey 'dark night of the soul' is a hard road but you come out stronger.

look for the rainbow :)

Cheeks agony auntI can relate to having overwhelming feelings of life being out of control. If you see a major issue in every area of your life then start with fixing yourself. If you felt better about yourself you'll feel more confident to tackle the issues in your life. Let's say your kids are getting into trouble or you just lost your job. If you're dealing with these problems with the state of mind that you're a failure you're not likely to influence you kids in a positive way or find another job easily. But if you get up everyday and focus on what you can actually do and not what is out of your you'll lose some of the weight of it as a whole. If you honestly do your best everyday & keep your expectations reasonable soon enough you'll start to erode away at the mountain of unrest in your life. Don't let yourself become engulfed by whats wrong but make an honest effort to only focus on whats do-able and whats at hand. Also, I would let my close friends & family know that I'm in a bad rut & I'm getting out of it & that means I'm changing my outlook & old habits so if you aren't on board- stay out of the way until I'm where I want to be. At least thats what I would say. Good luck & there are always light at the end of the tunnel.
