writes:I've been with my boyfriend for 6 months now and he hasn't brought me any presents or anything. For valentines day I sent him a card as we are in a long distance relationship and he didn't know what he wanted. I thought he would have brought me a card at least but he didn't even do that. I would really like some flowers as no guy has ever bought me some before and thought it would just be nice. How do I hint to him to buy me some flowers even if they are only cheap, it's the thought that counts. Please help!

He doesn't sound very 'generous' at all though... do you really want to waste your efforts if he is so mean spirited? Does he show affection in other ways at all? -Gestures/ words/ planning things for you to do together?

 Hey young lady nt all men think about buying gifts and cards, is he romantic? Then if he is, you need not worry that much, maybe he might be preparing a big suprise for you, maybe not. I was once in a long distance relationship and I have to be honest, I never thought of buying anythng for my gf, thats because I thought they might not arrive and resulting in waste of time and money. But your man needs to know how to treat a lady, and by the way did he receive that card u sent,if yes, what was his response?
