I hate seeing her getting so worried that she might have an accident when simply going down the road. It kills me. I want her to be happy and have the life she wants, but after seeing many a doctor, it seems almost impossible to be corrected. I need some help on how to help her out. Any would be great xxxxxxxxxxxx Reply to this Question Share |

I think that your mum should go to pregnac classes, you know, where they do pelvic strenghthening exercise, this might help, becuase it strengthens your bowls, and when my mum had me she did them and can stop mid pee (yuk) which I find really hard but there you go.
Luck to you and your mum, and your sister!
