I just want to try and give her a nice relaxing day tomorrow but any advice after tomorrow would also be helpful for the future. Anyway what sort of things could i do to get her to relax more but without making it to obvious and to keep stuff as normal as possible? we aren't really into all that going out for dinner regularly or anything so just some stuff we could do at home really as its abit cold outside and walking the dog is enough tim in the cold for us. As i say she is quite stressed and worked up at the moment and it doesn't help the fact shes always worried over things that aren't necessary so she hasn't been getting the best of sleep either, she has abit but not as she should so any advice would be helpful please! Well it is important that you help her feel comfortable. You could buy bath salt to use on the tub, get some slow music, maybe give her a non sexual massage. Suggest a movie date and cuddle on the sofa with snacks and a blanket (pick a good, happy ending, not stressful movie).
Other than this, you need to address the real issues. She is not sleeping and stressed for some reason, in order to deal with that you need to know what it is and then help her overcome it or, if it is something thats not "fixable" you need to help her cope.
Best of lucks!
