writes: Please help me. I am 16, I have always known that my mum had a hard childhood and i knew that through her life at times she has been depressed. She was a single mum looking after me but now she is married, and today my step dad told me that she is still very much depressed and i dont know what to do. I just want to make her happy and i never want her to be sad. Whenever i see her she seems happy and i dont like to think that she is faking it. I want to help her, i want to get her happy again. i know its not easy and takes long but it has already been so many years, i just want to help her. how can i??? please help

You are the most wonderful daughter and your love for your mother will help believe me, My children have always shown there love for me everyday.. Ive had up and down times but because of the support of love and laughter from my children that is worth more than anything I can think of, My little girl always makes cards for me and they are all over the place my sons are always there for me without them it would never have been such a happy home, Love is what makes mums happy and you have that so very much for your mum hunny just let her know here and there, There is nothing more special than a childs love, Bless you TAKE CARE SWEETHEART OF YOU AND YOUR MUM LOVE N HUGS MANDY XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
