Those are just regular people who don't want to tell about their STD. There are probably way more of them out there.
That's just the one part. To answer your specific question about how to have sex with her without getting her pregnant, you can see about having a vasectomy. I think you have to wait for a while after the surgery--which is considered irreversible--then get a sperm count to make sure they managed to completely sever the vas deferens to prevent sperm from making it into your ejaculate.
Your other option is to have sex with a menopausal woman, one who is no longer menstruating, no longer putting out eggs for reproductive purposes.
You also have to consider this potential problem:

Not using a condom is dumb, plain and simple. DUMB!

Firstly, for what reason can you not use condoms? Is it an allergy?
There are TONNES of other forms of contraception. Google them. The vast majority are something that the girl has to take care of though.
A word of advice, as a surprising amount of people don't know this, THE WITHDRAWAL METHOD IS NOT RELIABLE! This is due to pre-cum or the odd sperm lurking on the penis. Also, sex during a girls period doesn't always work either.

If she freaks out about the idea the next time you start fingering her use lotion or a lubricant and begin 2 slowly massage her anus and put 1 finger in gently after time she wont mind at all and eventually build up 2 it using more fingers till you both feel its time 2 just finally do it already =]] worked 4 me....I didnt want any chance of pregnancy i was like 17 at the time

She could go on the pill but that wont protect you from sexually transmitted infections and if she missed one she could get pregnaunt.

There are other forms of contraceptives out there including the pill, but those other forms are for the female. Meaning: SHE must be the one to take responsibility and use the birth control. Therefore it must be someone you trust completely because, for example, the pill must be taken every single day to work correctly. You cannot miss a day.
Condoms, however, are not just for birth control. They protect against sexually transmitted diseases. It would be wise to stick with the condoms.
There are some people that mention the "pull out method" (pulling out before you climax) as being a form of birth control, but this is completely false. Anytime you insert your penis into a woman's vagina, fluid can leak out whether you climax or not. If no birth control is used then there is ALWAYS a chance she could get pregnant or you could catch as STD.

You can't... You always run the risk of pregnancy. Nothing is 100% other than not having sex.
Your best bet is some other form of contraceptive. Be it the pill, the depo shot, an IUD, the ortho ring... There are a lot of options out there, but they are all handled by the women. For men, there are a couple of options. Condoms, vasectomy, no sex.
