 Yes, grind and swivel, that feels amazing. Honestly, once you're on there, just do what feels good for you. I can almost guarantee that it will feel good for him too. Men are pretty easy to please in that respect.
For the record, fast doesn't always equal good. Sometimes slow and scentual is just what the Dr. ordered!

reader, anonymous, writes (20 July 2010): I feel the same way!! Its like i cant go as fast and the angle feels like its not moving up and down it far enough. I just dont think that the angle girls have to go at can be done as fast as guys can do it so we just have to stop thinking that we can cause it adds pressure on us i think. Iv seen other info on this and many times it just says to kinda grind on it and swivel your hips with it in.

 Woman-on-top is one of the greatest positions for both partners. The "how-to" part seems rather obvious to me, and I've never known a woman who seemed to have any problem with it. Just get on and ride! You're in control. Enjoy!
