 Hi,
you don't have to do anything to GET him to notice you, I disagree with my fellow agony aunts, if he notices you when you're not acting or dressing like you, then he gets a completely different idea of who you are. He should like you for who you are and your personality.
Give him the occansional glance and smile (not cheesy grin) when he's looking at you, as I'm sure he will if he likes you and things will progress in time, give him some attention,but not loads and I'm sure things will work out.

 get a new haircut or start wearing your hair differently. start being realy friendly towards him and his friends. start going places where you know he might be and where you may just bump into him. just start being a more friendly and appealing you...good luck!
