U can't just go up to a girl and say "Hey wanna have sex" of course she's gonna say no unless she's easy. Start by buildin a relationship with that special person and that can lead to amny things. Anyway first you find a girl you like, date and fall it love and the natural progression of things will end up there.

So to get it you have to convince them to give it to you.
How to get them to do that is the subject of millions of books, poems, movies, works of art and has been debated since the dawn of humanity. And we're still not much closer to an answer. The good news is you have a few years left to read, watch and appreciate some of these before you're legal.
