The damage is already done.
The marks will fade to a near-invisible silvery-skin colour over time. But they will ALWAYS be there.
You can use make-up or any number of bullshit creams and they won't do a damn thing other then cover them up for a little bit.
Learn to live with the fact that there is a guy out there that would shag you no matter what you looked like.

If Bio Oil works, it's all good.
As far as "And would a guy think less of me for having them?" in my case it didn't matter with my ex. I did ask the question though because I was clueless of what it was, she just told me that she had loose weight, like you, and that they were stretch marks.
When there's love, it doesn't matter how you look. I know it sounds cliche but it's true.
Hope this help! Have a nice day :)

In the UK we have a product called Bio Oil. That is supposed to work. Put it into Google and see what comes up.
Good Luck!! xx
