The spots and bumps sound like shaving rash and ingrowing hairs. I completely recommend waxing. You don't get ingrowong hairs or shaving rash or stubble. It can hurt slightly, not as much as you'd expect, much less than eyebrow plucking because you wax a whole patch of hair in one second. The results are well worth it because you don't have to wax again for another month!

What direction do you shave? It sounds like you might have a problem with ingrown hair. Shave in the same directin as the hair grows. It wont be as smooth, but it will prevent in grown hair and red bumps. Also leaving a part of hair, like a strip, can keep you from getting so irritated down there. The darkness sounds like your natural skin complexion.

hey there. if you are getting bumps and red spots it maybe because your press the razor to your skin to hard. also using shaving cream really helps a lot to fight skin irritation. hope this helps
