kenny agony auntYes i can see how this could be a little embarrassing for you.

Are you eating shortly before you go to bed? Are you consuming things that are prone to giving you wind?. Why don't you try to change you diet a little and see if this helps you.

All people pass wind, its all part of what us humans do. Its a release of gases mainly from the breakdown of the food and drink we eat, and is not really healthy to hold it in. Next time you feel one coming in bed make a sharp exit for the bathroom.
